Substitute Teacher
TERMS: on call, as needed basis only
SALARY: $90 per day
DESCRIPTION: This position will substitute for
certificated teachers on an on call, as needed basis only.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide supervision of students.
· Follow lesson plans as outlined by absent
classroom teacher.
· Instruct students by using a variety of
strategies and materials.
· Keep attendance records for absent teacher.
· Administer discipline in classroom by
maintaining appropriate classroom management.
· Leave a summary of student assignments
completed and behavior.
· Other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid
· Successful experience working with children.
· Must pass the Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint background checks.
