Hello! My name is Trish Munson, and I LOVE teaching kindergarten! I've been teaching in Cusick since the fall of 2008. I taught fifth grade for five years and moved to kindergarten in 2013. Before I came here, I taught first, second, and third grades in Centralia and Rainier, Washington (near our state capital of Olympia). I love teaching primary-aged kids and feel most at home in the land of itty-bitty chairs and tables!A little about me: I have a Bachelor's degree in from EWU and a Master's degree from City University of Seattle. I am married (my husband, Dale, also teaches in Cusick), and we have two grown children, a son and a daughter. I grew up in Deer Park and Mr. Munson was raised in Colville. We met as college students at EWU. We've lived in several different places, including 16 years in Rochester (south of Olympia). In the summer of 2008 we moved to our home on beautiful Davis Lake. We love everything about being back "home" in Eastern Washington!During the school year, teaching keeps me very busy! In my spare time, I love quilting, sewing, and paper crafting. During the summer you can usually find me outside swimming or lying on our dock reading. Our family: Me, son Tim, husband Dale, daughter Erica, and son-in-law Donny
